Job Description :

Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices such as monitors, mice, and phones, ensuring technical compatibility and efficiency.
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications, demonstrating technical proficiency.
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate computer equipment effectively, demonstrating strong technical communication skills.
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without disrupting others’ work.
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical problems, including repairing or replacing parts and debugging. Escalates problems of unusual complexity to senior level personnel for assistance.
Maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
Performs network virus scanning as directed.
Communicates system/technical concerns to Senior IT staff.
Occasional travel may be required.

Eligibility :

Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field with little or no experience.
Diploma degree in computer related field with two years of experience.
Basic knowledge of computer systems and prevailing office software required.
Experience with Autodesk ACC/BIM360 preferred.
Some experience in computer support or customer service is preferred.
Shift time - 6:00pm to 3:00am (India time) - Monday through Friday.
Full-time remote.
Location - Mumbai – Andheri.
