Job Description :

Installations, Preventative Maintenance, Operational Qualifications.
Responding to customer support calls within your assigned territory and escalating complex issues as required to ensure a timely fix
Diagnosing system failures and determining the most cost-effective resolution
Ensuring Preventative Maintenance Inspections and modifications are completed within the specified time frames.

Eligibility :

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels
Drive to continuously seek to add value to the services provided and achieve first time fixes, leading to reduced breakdown times, lower costs to the customer, thus enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
IT literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Office products & confidence with other IT applications
