Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent
Knowledge of basic computer hardware
Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows, and MacOS
Experience working in Office 365
Experience working with InTune
Experience working in a domain controlled environment and making AD & Group Policy changes
Extensive application support experience
Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities

Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems
Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and our ticketing system
Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization
Manage and support users in Office 365 suite (Office, Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint)
Manage and enroll devices into InTune Endpoint Device Management
Assist in helping deploy Azure Virtual Desktop instances (prior experience not needed but willingness to learn)
