Eligibility Criteria

  • Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality control.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in the manufacturing of submersible pumps and motors

Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and supervise production activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain efficient production processes, including lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to improve product design, quality, and reliability.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Train and develop production staff to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  •  Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high-quality products.
