Eligibility Criteria

  • Product/engineering understanding of two wheelers like Scooter, Motorcycle, and step through vehicles.
  • Knowledge of Solid mechanics, Material Science, Vibrations, Fatigue, Finite Element Analysis, CAE Software and meshing guidelines.
  • B. Tech/ M.Tech (Mechanical)

Job Description

  • Meshing and Simulation for stiffness, strength and durability calculations of structural parts and assemblies under different loading conditions
  • Understand the functions of the component and derive the load cases for virtual evaluation.
  • Perform the analysis and suggest the design improvements to expert engineer for approval.
  • To provide the critical locations (high stress zones) to the Testing team for physical testing on track.
  • Work in a team for simulation of parts and assemblies. Should understand and ensure simulation of physical behavior / loading condition for the given parts and assemblies. He / She shall be able to preprocess(mesh) and perform simulation activities under guidance to check stiffness, strength and durability of the components & assemblies.
