Job Description

  • This role is critical in bridging the gap between our customer-facing teams and the development team.
  • As a Product Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer escalations, analyzing complex issues, and driving resolutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, analyze technical issues and troubleshooting complex scenarios and ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to gather detailed issue reports and route to the development team accordingly.
  • Build and maintain a repository of customer knowledge to assist in quicker issue identification and resolution.
