Eligibility Criteria

  • BE Mechanical having 7-8 Yrs. of experience in quality management/assurance/control.
  • Should be technically proficient and good at presentation & communication skill.
  • Should have hands on experience on handling process audits and quality assurance tools like cause-effect diagram, pareto chart, control chart, root cause analysis, etc.
  • Above prerequisites plus six sigma qualification would be preferred.

Job Description

  • Set the product quality standards for new product lines and ensure the technical product release accordingly.
  • Set the target for product warranty ratio and adhere to it by doing the technical analysis and planning the appropriate preventive measures.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
  • Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure it’s closure in accordance with company guidelines. Maintain the record of warranty analysis reports.
  • Drive the quality management system (QMS) by coordinating with local and regional process owners.
  • This includes – Check the process applicability
  • Ensure the implementation of applicable processes
  • Maintain the record of set KPIs and it’s monthly performance
  • Review the deviations and follow up for the countermeasures e. Provide training and support to internal teams on systems, policies, procedures and core processes. f. Coordinate to maintain the location matrix
