- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Job Description
- Lead and manage NPD projects from concept to production, ensuring that all engineering requirements are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
- Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and quality teams as needed
- Mentor and train junior engineers
