We are looking for a System Analyst to support Mill Ancillary solutions like IBM Websphere, Weblogic, SAP Business Objects.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Linux/Windows environment, basic networking concepts, hands-on experience with troubleshooting and working in production environment by following change management.
Working closely with operations and engineering teams, the System Analyst 1 will primarily focus on supporting the Back-End and front end tier of the Millennium Ancillary Solutions.
In this role, you will perform daily system operations tasks to verify system integrity and availability, daily software updates across multiple customer base, responding to customer service requests, system upgrades and resource optimization, security implementations.
You will implement monitoring for servers and systems and respond to alarms to prevent or resolve impacts to production systems. You will manage change and project activities while communicating with impacted stakeholders.

Experience with working on Linux systems.
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
Basic networking knowledge
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience with cloud infrastructure such as OCI, AWS or Azure is an added advantage.
Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent.

Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users.
Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases.
Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user.
Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.
