Job Overview

  • Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.
  • System Analyst-1 - ClientWorks Team
  • We seek a detail-oriented System Analyst-1 to execute global builds in PROD/Non-PROD environments and manage configuration tickets, change requests, and user access for contractual clients.
  • The role requires troubleshooting system issues and implementing global changes.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 6mo-2yrs experience in system analysis
  • Strong SQL and Advanced Excel skills
  • JIRA proficiency and Agile methodology understanding
  • Millennium platform familiarity (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field

Job Description

  • Execute CommunityWorks domain builds across environments
  • Process JIRA requests from development teams (CPE/KLs/RM)
  • Conduct issue investigations and risk profiling
  • Support automation initiatives and roadmap projects
