Job Overview

  • Learn to monitor, troubleshoot, and support the N4 Terminal Operating System (TOS) and its supporting ecosystem.
  • Assist with EDI message configuration, deployment, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Support BI solutions and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Crystal Reports.

Eligibility Criteria

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional with a diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Passionate about tech and eager to learn.
  • Curious about systems, data, and problem-solving.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Strong communicator with good written and verbal English skills.
  • Bonus if you’ve dabbled in Infrastructure, Linux, Python, Networking, or Power BI – but not a must.

Job Description

  • Gain exposure to cloud-based and on-prem IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases.
  • Participate in customer support activities, helping resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Shadow experienced engineers and gradually take ownership of specific repeatable tasks.
  • Document solutions, contribute to knowledge bases, and improve internal processes.
  • Be part of an on-call/shift rotation over time as you gain experience.
