  • We are looking out for graduate freshers for back-office jobs in human resource (HR) department.
  • Graduation completed within last 3 years.
  • Good Communication skills (speaking and writing)
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Good Learning attitude
  • Readiness to work for a contractual role

Job Description

  • To be an active member of Employee background verification (BGV) team of KPIT.
  • Ensure proper documentation of employees to initiate BGV
  • Assist and follow-up the vendor to complete the BGV on time.
  • Quality check of BGV reports
  • Verify invoices and submit to finance team
  • Resolve queries / insufficiency remarks during document verification.
  • Send statistics/ reports to management every week.
