Should have 0 to 1+ years of java development experience.
Comfortable with SQL and Database technologies.
Display a high level of critical thinking in cross-functional process analysis and problem resolution
To meet/exceed and maintain service levels as assigned by management.

Should be able to efficiently understand the business requirements of the BAs and subsequently be able to configure and provide solutions that meet design needs.
Should be able to create solution designs, documentation, and presentations and also have experience in training the key users in the application.
