Job Description
- To move from learning to contribute independently to fully contributing / coordination, process improvements and business in supporting E&T & Components products, systems, Manufacturing Process, techniques, and procedures.
- Establish component assembly process sequence for any new or existing products with the shop floor experience and validate the sequence of assembly for its effectives.
- Engine Test and Validation Senior Engineer will support test cell development to efficiently execute NTI, NPI, and CPI programs for these critical markets and will be accountable for establishing best practices for data acquisition, troubleshooting cell issues, coaching operations resources, and ensuring exemplary data quality.
- Participating in the adoption of new technologies and processes such as automation, to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvements.
- Collaborate with global team to drive global alignment and best practices.
- Ability to ramp up quickly within a new environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, Communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior working experience in shop floor Assembly process planning / Testing / are preferred.
- Strong fundamental understanding of Engine, Genset and its systems
- Hands on experience in Project management and People management
- Hands on experience Deployment of Process improvements and Lean principle
- Plan, manage and deliver Engine tests to tight time scales and to right quality procedures, and reports and formally present on Engine testing outcomes.
