Job Description :

Responsible for acknowledging the incidents and perform initial triage.
Should be working as per the defined SLA.
Perform troubleshooting steps as per SOP.
Responsible for escalating the assigned incidents as per the defined process.
Should be proactively monitoring the Ticketing Queue for multiple clients.

Eligibility :

Shows flexibility/ownership & works under pressure situation
Excellent communication & analytical skills
Ability to work within challenging environment with tight delivery timelines
Should be open to work 24/7
Should have at least basic knowledge of ITIL process and ITSM tools.
Should have basic knowledge of Windows/Unix Server OS and its roles and features.
Candidate should have undergone training/certification of MCSA/MCSE/RHCE/CCNA Professional certifications like MCSE, MCSA, RHCE would be a plus point.
Experience of Service Now would be a plus point.
