A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent
Security certifications (e.g. Security+, Network+, GCIA, GCIH, CISSP, CEH, etc.)

Design, implement & support highly automated, reliable and available IAM solutions which elevate security and compliance
Lead product evaluations and select appropriate solutions for custom and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications
Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successfully achieved
Provide advanced troubleshooting, participate in on-call rotation, and develop solutions and processes to eliminate off hours support calls
Prior to production, create roadmaps to guide their product from conception through design and into wide release
Bridge the gap among the different departments involved in successfully bringing platform changes to market, including technical and non-technical individuals
Drive improvements in product adoption, stability and maintenance across the enterprise
Work with others to facilitate updates to standards, creation of new standards, and assessment of impact made across the enterprise prior to standard adoption
Continually assess current commercial offerings, seeking opportunities for improvements. Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and ROI forming a build vs. buy perspective.
