Eligibility Criteria

Job Description

  • Create /Build Curriculum, training content, build customized labs, Assessments, Question banks, in various technologies such as Cloud Computing, DevOps Tooling, Agile, Cyber, Programming skills, Mobile application development, etc
  • Need excellent capabilities and experience to deliver complex training courses for heterogeneous audiences in various topics and technologies.
  • Responsible for monitoring the training delivery quality, feedback, measure success factors to achieve the objectives of the training.
  • Evaluate the external Instructors for delivering training, work with other colleagues and stakeholders to finalize the Instructor, training curriculum, duration and the nuances like training infrastructure, labs, case studies and learning material.
  • Work closely with the project teams from the GB/GFs and provide consulting and advisory guidance on various learning initiatives programmes and up-skilling efforts
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal managers and leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Understand the changing technology requirements in the organization and fulfil the learning through new training bootcamps.
