Eligibility Criteria

  • BS/BE/B.Tech/ME/M. Tech in Packaging/Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-6years of relevant work experience.
  • Basic understanding of GD&T and Tol. Stack up.
  • Understanding of Design Verification and Validation.
  • Good Knowledge of Packaging material selection.
  • Understanding of NC/CAPA.
  • Experience on PLCM software like Windchill.
  • Good understanding of DFM/DFI.
  • Must have excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description

  • Collaborating with Technical SMEs, Global Packaging Design team, and global vendors to Design and Develop Packaging components for Joint Replacement projects.
  • Joint Replacement Implants/Sterile Instruments will be a part of scope.
  • Use Creo and other analytical tools and data to build confidence in concept selection.
  • Work closely with your packaging Design team, Quality, Operations, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, Labeling, and Vendors across geographies to ensure project success and improve the customer experience.
  • Support Audits, Non-Conformances and CAPAs as needed.
  • Lead small-scale Packaging projects and co-manage large-scale NPDP programs to drive changes across the portfolio.
  • Follow Good Document practices (GDP) for all documentation created and staying current on all required training.
  • Understanding of Design Controls and Industry standards in Packaging Design and Testing.
  • Communicating frequently across all project disciplines to ensure project team and senior management are aware of upcoming milestones and risks/issues.
  • Effective communication and knowledge of compliance regulations and standards, including 21CFR820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 throughout the design and development process.
