Eligibility Criteria

  • Lead technical maintenance for existing mass-production products, provide technical solutions to manufacturing process issues, including NPR, FTP, FSA KPIs.
  • Manage product data and evaluate quality improvements based on test results analysis and tear down observations.
  • Work with global warranty projects, analyze service data and end users feedback, then dig out root cause and implement corrective actions.
  • Independantely develops new products and collabrates with oversea design center to delivery new projects. 
  • Lead products transfer to Pune plant, localize components & make value improvement projects to meet global strategy.
