Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level.
  • Should have working knowledge of time & motion study and CAD system.
  • Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level. (Over 6 years to 10 years )
  • Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
  • Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
  • Works with full competence to create, analyze and monitor budgets in line with organizational and project/program criteria; identify trends and forecasts. Typically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance.
  • Applies concepts of knowledge / skill and requires guidance but not constant supervision.
  • Works with full competence to perform computer-aided design (CAD). Typically works without supervision and may provide technical guidance.

Job Description

  • Use strategic planning systems and protocols to support others.
  • Support data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for product/service improvement.
  • Identify pain points, roadblocks, and pitfalls in the innovation pipeline and ways to overcome them.
  • Produce accurate analyses on cost price and/or project data for others by collecting information from a variety of standard sources and inputting the data into standard formats.
  • Conduct feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective and document findings to complete cost-benefit analysis on implementing changes to business processes, products, or business unit structure.
  • Collate and analyze data using pre-set tools, methods and formats. Involves working independently.
  • Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.
