Eligibility Criteria

  • B.E/B.Tech/ME/M. Tech with Mechanical Engineering with min. 3-5 years of experience.
  • Business fluency in English (oral and written).
  • Language skill in German would be added advantage.
  • Testing, verification, and validation of various developed components.
  • Knowledge of vibration and noise control.
  • International standard like API, ASME, ASTM.   
  • DIN etc. for design, manufacturing & modelling. 
  • Knowledge of latest technologies and should assimilate technology.    
  • Knowledge of EOHS.
  • Fundamental knowledge of compressors, thermodynamics, sizing of compressors.
  • FEA analysis using ANSYS.
  • Reporting of Operations & non-operational hours.

Job Description

  • Work on development of new breed of compressors having high reliability.
  • Torsional & mechanical vibration analysis on rotating equipment to find solution to achieve specified levels of noise & vibrations including anti vibration system.
  • Develop alternative designs and testing systems. 
  • Work on product improvements / cost reduction activities
  • Make arrangements as per test schedule.
  • Carry out testing and collect data.
  • Document and analysis of data
  • Maintain & adhere QMS & procedures.
