Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 4+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in manual testing of web-based and mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
  • Experience in testing APIs and understanding of RESTful API principles.
  • Experience with SQL and ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

Job Description

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to uncover software defects and ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria for user stories.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as needed.
  • Report and track defects found during testing and work with developers to resolve them.
  • Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues that may not be covered by existing test cases.
  • Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and other relevant meetings to provide input from a quality assurance perspective.
  • Maintain and update test documentation including test cases, test results, and testing progress reports.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of our software products.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
