Job Description

Analyze machine breakdown, action plan execution and reliability improvement from electrical point of view
Responsible for energy initiation, waste reduction and documentation
Handle Safety audits, Quality audits and Legal Compliances
Responsible for preventive maintenance, alignment, defect control, spare parts availability and repair
Ensures the day to day job and linkage to the environment and impact on environment
Responsible to control environmental spillage, waste minimization and reduce recycle reuse
Accountable for the Safety & Environmental Incidents taking place in the Plant
Consider Environmental impacts like deprecation of resources, bad work environment, land contamination, air pollution, health hazards and noise pollution during maintenance activity and take appropriate action to curb these through monitoring and OCPs
Responsible to control e-waste: to control the consumption oil, grease, cotton waste and spare parts and to control spillage and Leakages during the maintenance
Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in tyre manufacturing
Knowledge in Safety, Environment and Engineering, Process Improvement tools (mixing process, exuding process)
Instrumentation equipment in the plant
Knowledge of PLC, Automation, Drivers (electrical motor drives), Breakdown Analysis (why why analysis), Control System, Utility System (steam electrical power and air control system)
Ideally has Leadership, Influencing and Presentation skills
Good communication skills English
Open to work in Aurangabad
