  • Strong technical understanding of Microsoft 365
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Incident Management experience managing incidents, including business expectations and communication is essential
  • Baasic TCP/IP Networking Protocols Windows server MCP certification and a good grasp of ITIL with relation to a Service Desk environment Professional
