Eligibility Criteria

  • Strong grasp of constructing and reviewing SQL queries on complex data schema
  • Hands-on experience with SQL databases like Postgres
  • Experience with creating Python scripts to automate data-related tasks
  • Any experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, etc.) is a plus

Job Description

  • Customer Solutioning & Onboarding Assisting the sales team in conducting demos for prospects on their dataset. This involves:
  • Coordinating with prospects to understand the nuances of their data schema
  • Connecting shared data to Crux and ensuring sync between LLM agents and customer data
  • Assisting customers’ tech team to execute on-premise deployment of Crux’s application
  • QA and Product Management Assisting the product and tech team to generate and synthesize feedback to improve the product
  • Conducting extensive QA to ensure Crux’s output is aligned with customer expectations
  • Gather feedback from customers across the funnel to shape the product roadmap
  • Experiment with prompt engineering to improve the quality of output from LLMs
  • Product Analytics Assisting the founders and product team in monitoring product usage. This involves:
  • Setting up product analytics tooling within Crux’s architecture
  • Continuously monitor product usage to create hypotheses around user behavior
